Four Stars
Fun and just as advertised.

Difficult to play, even for a musician.
Very difficult to play, each pipe must be played differently, the musician must adjust accordingly. Nice novelty gift though.

Good starter
It's a really good quality for the price, we got this one as a starter one before investing in some of the higher cost ones.

Unique gift for a music lover
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It's not made for kids but a music loving teenager would be ok. It's not made to withstand roughness. It came with a vibrant colored pouch.

Doesn't sound that good
I play lots of pan flutes and this one being smaller and convenient to carry doesn't sound that good. The high pitch sounds don't play almost at all withour having to blow out a lung.
