Love the product, I’m really low in iron so this works great for me and not that I needed it but it keeps me regular as well. Who knows if this stuff works?! My labs were normal prior to taking but I’m just on a regimen of vitamins to help shield my immune for a procedure. The product came timely, the pills are bigger than I like but not impossible to swallow and there is a little stench but again it hasn’t stopped me from taking it. There is a liquid form also but I chose the pill! So far I have no complaints!
