Great product! It mixes very easily. Completely dissolved in about a minute maybe less. I just mix it with water. It has a mild sweetness. It actually tastes pretty good in water. You could put it in any drink. It has helped my gut health. No side effects at all.

I’ve done a lot of research on this product before purchasing and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. The flavor is unnoticeable and I cannot feel any texture when I fix it in a drink. I’ve also baked with it and it baked well. Caution: do not overdo it initially. If you start with a whole scoop right away you’ll be gassing everybody out. At least it won’t stink. Haha

⭐ Polished Version (same content, just cleaner flow) “I never use the Inulin Powder in large quantities. I mainly add it to my Keto/Low‑Carb baking for the effect it has on chewiness. It can make cookies, brownies, or cakes a bit softer in the center because it holds onto moisture, so baked goods don’t dry out as fast. It also gives a slightly thicker, smoother mouthfeel. Inulin isn’t an emulsifier, but it does add creaminess to puddings and helps reduce ice crystals in homemade ice creams and Italian gelato. Because it’s a soluble fiber, it adds a little extra chew and moisture to baked goods. I only use about ½ teaspoon in my smoothies, so I haven’t noticed any side effects or major texture changes. In baking, I usually use about a teaspoon in my batters. ⭐ Inulin = Prebiotic Fiber + Mild Sweetener It provides prebiotic fiber (feeds good gut bacteria) and has a mild sweetness (about 10% as sweet as sugar).”

Great fiber supplement to add to coffee. Gets rid of coffee's bitter flavor. It melts easily after stirring.

Decent product. Fair price point. Tastes good. Helps me stick to my diet and many uses in cooking. Helps keep my fiber intake up.

Ilike this fiber because it is not thick and it dissolves in water quickly as opposed to others that become very thick and can be a chore to swallow down. It was also suggested by David Aspery as a good kind of fiber to take, and I trust him. This is an organic brand which for me is a must. I have bought this product form them several times now, and I am happy with product.

For years my bowel movements were never consistent; depending on what I ate. Very loose or extreme constipation. Learned chicory inulin feeds good gut bacteria. It has worked for me. Bowel movements are 100 percent consistent; medium solidified. My gut no longer feels bloated by anything I eat. No more need to use extreme force against any constipation, as neither lose stools nor constipation exists. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely. Its now a staple for me. Its so awesome to be free from my prior gut issues. And my good gut bacteria must be very happy. Dissolves easy, no stomach upset, not very sweet so I can put it in anything. Awesomeness!
