This product works, it is comfortable, reliable and totally improves your sleep. The customer service is top notch. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to set it up and understanding how it works. Customer service was very patient with me and explained everything. As far as comfort goes I’ll put it right up there with the best light blocking ete masks. It is lightweight and you have plenty of room in the eye area. I noticed some people complained about the band. I have a small head so I did have to rig it so that there was not an excess in the back with a piece of Velcro but other than that I have not noticed any stretching out of shape at all. I know this unit works because I have a sleep monitor and not a sleep monitor that is a fitness tracker, it is an actual sleep monitor that covers everything. If I forget to charge this mask it is reflected badly in my sleep monitor data. Once I figured out how to connect the app to the sleep mask with the help of customer service it’s actually quite simple to operate. All I do is flip it to on when I go to bed. Then the next morning the trick is not to turn it off. You turn on your phone and bring up the app and then you press the function button on the unit and it synchronizes your data. Then you turn it off. The app shows you exactly when you snored and if you were on your back or laying on your right side or your left side. It tells you how many times you snored and gives you plenty of other data if you want it. I have the sensitivity turned all the way up and have never been woken up when it does whatever it does to make you stop snoring. But it makes you stop snoring and that is the point! This product is a godsend and it has improved my sleep tremendously! Thank you

The mask is nicely packaged and well made. It's very comfortable to wear and would be a good sleep mask for that purpose alone. The Android app that configures the mask is nicely designed and connects via Bluetooth very quickly. The reports it generates are informative. The sleep/snore graph it displays is a bit on the small side. Unfortunately, at least on the mask I received, it has an ongoing issue where it stops recognizing my snoring. I shut the mask on & off, and reset its settings in the app and sometimes that works for awhile. But then it decides to longer recognize snoring during a session... at all. I can confirm this with my O2/Pulse monitoring ring (which does show the snoring activity). Look at the 2 included pictures to see the problem. This was from a 1.5 hour session using the mask. One image shows the report from the Snore Circle app. The graph line is completely flat and the report indicates there were zero snore events. The second image is from my Oxygen monitor I wear every night. The Snore Circle session is the in the first part (at the left). During a Snoring/Apnea event, the blood oxygen levels drop pretty significantly. You can see the levels dropping to about 70%. So, the oxygen monitor graph shows a significant Snoring event and, at the same time, the Snore Circle shows absolutely nothing. And this was with the Snore Circle app snore sensor sensitivity set to High ! There's obviously issues with the device's snore sensor. It's basically sitting right on the bridge of my nose and should have no trouble sensing a snoring event.

I have used this product and when it works as it is supposed to work, i stop snoring. The problem is that it does not always vibrate when I snore. I'm not sure if I am using it incorrectly, because the instructions are not extremely clear.

Another update: My biggest complaint is that there's no easy way to detach the device from the mask, making cleaning difficult. I tried disinfectant sprays and dabbing it, but it started to smell and I was getting skin infections near my eyes. They should have a twist off detachment so the mask can be laundered. I discontinued using it a few months ago. UPDATE: I find the product works, I prefer sleeping with it than without it. That said, the only complaint I've had with it is that the head strap wears out easily. It becomes stretched out, losing it's elasticity. It's so loose now, I have to keep it tied in a knot (the Velcro can no longer keep it secured and the mask will fall off while I'm sleeping). The knot is a bit uncomfortable behind my head unless positioned properly. I find it also blocks light out better if the nose section, instead of lying flat over my nose, is tucked upward towards my eyes, which creates slight pressure on the top of my nose and just under my eyes, which actually improves the experience, since it feels like it relieves the feeling of sinus heaviness, especially when tired. *** END OF UPDATE *** I'd say over all, it "works", at least it's better than not using it. I do find it wakes me sometimes. There are two apps (Sleeplus & Snore Circle). I'm not sure which one is the latest, but sometimes they can be a bit finicky to get the device to sync (example: I've woken up in the morning and, after syncing, it said I was only asleep for 10 minutes, even though I started both the mask and app 9 hours prior, and it was fully charged). I do find that the mask, at times, has slid around or off during the night. There have been some mornings where I feel it was the best sleep I've had in some time. The band that goes around my head seems to be wearing out quickly.
