**Q: Does this foundation transfer onto your hand if you touch your face? Also, would setting powder be necessary even if I have dry skin?**
A: After the foundation dries, I noticed no transfer if I touch my face. I moisturize my face prior to putting this foundation on and then use a translucent powder. My skin is dry and I don't really need the powder, however, because I use a moisturizer and I prefer a matte finish, I do this.  I hope this helps you.

I really like the coverage of this foundation. It is very light on the skin and a well priced bargain product. I think in comparison to other brands it is definitely good value, I would definitely buy it again. I have troublesome skin and often get breakouts but this didn't react to me nor give me any further irritation. If wearing in the day it is good coverage and blends well, I would use heavier layers if going out in the evening so it lasts longer. It made my skin look natural and my face didn't dry out. Overall, a very good foundation.
