It's very hard to tell. The ingredients list is specifically non-specific: active ingredients: vitamin B12, 2500 mcg (as cyanocobalamin); inactive ingredients: mannitol, microcrystaline cellulose, povidone k30, citric acid, cranberry extract (for color), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cherry flavor, sucralose.
