It doesn't mix as easy as the description says but if you use a blender or nutra bullet it will blend very well. I add milk first then the powder, then blend to avoid clumps. It is not a rich chocolate flavor, I feel they should have just listed it as chocolate. With water only, this does not taste good at all. With unsweetened vanilla almond milk it is tolerable, with almond milk, 2 table spoons of PB2 and half of a banana it is delicious. The price is good for what you get, I would buy it again.
