Fantes Marrow Spoon, Japanese 18/8 Stainless Steel, for Narrow and Big Bones, The Italian Market Original since 1906

I love this thing. It's so odd, but the designer clearly really applied his mind during the design. It looks as if it's going to bend when you use it, but it's surprisingly sturdy and it scoops out the marrow clean even where I think it won't. I'm enjoying it a lot.

These are nice marrow spoons which can also be used for harvesting meat from crab legs.

I'm glad I got this item. I know it says bone marrow spoon, but I'm actually going to us it to gut out seeds from jalapeños and other veggies. I needed a narrow spoon to do the job and I stumbled upon this interesting spoon. I love it how it has two different sizes. And I love how solid it is and the great part it's a family own business way back in 1905, that's historical.

We would make osso bucco over a weekend, and every time my wife would tell me about a tool euphmaticallt called 'the tax collecter' that was used to extract the bone marrow. (I always thought that the marrow was way too rich!) I saw this on Amazon and bought it as a present for her. It's a beautiful little impliment that I have no intention of using.

Bought for my step daughter, she eats marrow bone , so this is perfect for her. She loves this.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because until you have something tangible you can feel in your hands the pictures don’t always show the whole story. This is exactly what I was looking for; very sturdy and well made. Highly recommended! This was definitely a good purchase.
