Excellent Pot
The media could not be loaded. Highlights of my Video Review:1. Excellent Design and Well Made2. Love that there are no rivets in the pan - makes it so easy to clean and no food debris hides in there3. Nice, wide, comfortable handle - hole on the end so you can hang it4. Naturally slippery on the inside makes it non-stick - very, very easy to clean5. Good, even heat distribution6. Great lid7. Not induction usable
It is a lovely pot but does NOT work on my induction cooktop so it is worthless to me.

Just the right size for two people
I received a free sample of this item to test for my review. I have been trying to move away from Teflon, so this was a great match. The pan has a nice heft to it, and having the ceramic inside and out makes it extra easy to clean. I have deducted one star because there was one spot on the bottom where the ceramic was scratched off during shipment or before. It leaves a question in my mind about the actual thickness of the ceramic coating.I will continue to use and test this and will update my review if it proves to be problematic.
