is this good for blisters on my feet?

It doesn't heal them, if that's what you mean, but it prevents you from getting blisters. I put one on the bony area of the toes where I tend to blister if I'm going to be walking a lot and it helps keep me from blistering. To heal blisters, I find Earth Therapeutics foot repair balm helps.

Will this tape stick if you shower with it?

If you are careful when you apply it yes. When I first started using this tape, it was on the side of my knee where my orthotics were rubbing. I actually forgot I had the tape on my leg until I took a shower, and just left the same piece on for a couple days. It did come off during my third shower though.

Does the tape remove from skin easily without tearing the skin when pulled off?
