These are great for everyday use in the shop. Foam tips are great and do not shed fibers like cotton tips. They hold the tip shape well. They will work with paints and adhesives that contain type F solvents but not for long. They do start to sag and melt after a few minutes. But hey, you've got hundreds of them. For water based paints and adhesives they'll go for hours.

Good swabs for cleaning in tight spaces.

I use these to clean the linear rails and z-axis screws of my 3D printer. Works well. The foam tip won't leave lint behind (like with cotton swabs) and still absorbs the oil well and holds the lubricant grease to apply to the printer parts.

Great for applying Neo lube inside rifle case necks.

These work well for gentle and effective cleaning of tight areas in sewing machine (lint, dust, etc.). The only change I would appreciate is for them to have foam cleaning tips on both ends, to reduce waste by half, as they have to be swapped out quite frequently.

Not much to really review with these! They work, and they're better than cotton swabs that shred. What more can you ask? I've used these dozens of times now to clean things and apply lubricants to my 3D printer. The pads seem to be quite absorbent, more than I expected.

I use these absorbent swabs to lubricate 3D printer rails and such that need a light coat of oil. These are much better than Q-Tips because they absorb more and don't shed and leave pieces behind.
