Easy to take and not sticky. These were very pleasant and effective.

Use these for ultras and running anything over 10miles. I use these as get terrible sickness with gels. Keep me energised and help keep me properly hydrated. Great texture and fabulous taste.

These are similar to small cubes of jelly. They have a subtle taste and texture and are easy to swallow and kind on the tummy. No dry mouth as you sometimes expect from the gels and offer a good alternative to the gels. Great for long runs or cycles and help reduce fatigue and maintain performance. No issues with purchasing these again.

I found these lemon and mint energy chews genuinely enjoyable to use, mainly because of how soft they are and how easily they are to chew without clinging to my teeth. The flavour is rich and fruity, and the texture makes them pleasant to eat even when I am already tired or mid-activity. They feel noticeably smoother than many other chews I have tried, which often become sticky or difficult to chew During training sessions, I have followed the suggested approach of taking two chews every twenty minutes, and they provide a steady lift that feels natural rather than overwhelming. The taste makes them surprisingly tempting, and there have been times when I have wanted to reach for them sooner simply because I enjoy them. They are easy to manage while moving, and the soft texture means I do not have to slow down to chew them properly I have also used them on slower mornings when I feel drained for no clear reason, and they offer a clear boost that helps me get going. The combination of natural flavour, quick energy release and comfortable texture makes them versatile enough for both structured training and general use when I need a little extra support Overall, these chews deliver a great balance of taste, texture and performance, offering quick energy without the stickiness or heaviness that often comes with similar products

These "Fresco" energy chews are pretty much exactly the same as the "Nero" chews that I have tried previously from the same brand. The only difference is the flavour. I was expecting these to have a prominent citrus flavour but it's the mint that dominates the taste. They taste fine, I didn't have any issues with the flavour or experience any unpleasantness but I probably prefer the blackcurrant Nero ones. The texture is a squishy jelly. The chews cling together and stretch as you pull them apart but they are not especially sticky so they don't make much mess when consuming. As you're not meant to consume all six chews in one go, the packaging is sub-optimal. Once it's open it's awkward, mid-exercise, to store the remaining chews for later (the outer plastic wrapper tears away and you're left with a thin card tray). These are a good quality product with natural ingredients that are easy to digest and provide a quick hit of energy but they are quite expensive compared to simple energy gels.

They work ok but not to eat when running unless you want to choke if you keep them cold they get incredible hard . If you take them when exercising they get sticky and stuck to fabric / paper . Flavour still artificial. Maybe ideal for the gym and take them during breaks
