this has a 50mm fixed spindle that is not removable, this is an internal handle only. if you have a handle on both sides of your door you will need an internal / external set not this product kind regards

My handle has come loose how do I tighten it?

Pull the cover plate out and twist. Then tighten the screws under the cover plate.
