It far exceeded my expectations. A natural fiber rug was a must for my house. I require sustainably sourced organic products that have not been treated with toxic chemicals. I have laminate floors throughout the house, which are very slippery for my large dogs. This runner meets all of my needs. It is natural, strong, attractive, well made, stays put and keeps my dogs from slipping and sliding when they take off running to the door. It is also very easy to keep clean.The only thing I was disappointed with is that I wanted to buy two more of the same from casa pura, but in different sizes. It also vacuums up nicely and does not show dirt. ### ⭐ Very thin and doesnt lie flat *by D***D on June 4, 2020* I bought this specifically for its length, 9 feet was a better length. I wish I had just bought 8 feet Safavieh.The rug and weave are way thinner than the Safavieh Martinique I have. When rolled out on a wood floor, the edges lie flat but the middle has multiple small rises/ undulations. I thought after a couple of days, it will sort itself out, but no!
