Everything you need is in the Box and they even give you an extra set for the left side her practice in case you make mistakes. I was fortunate enough to not make any mistakes this time around LOL. The application process is pretty easy and straightforward just follow the instructions which did not come in the Box however when ordering you can see the instructions before you finalize your order and also just a suggestion to screenshot them for later reference. All in all it was easy to apply and just make sure you do it in the shade and not in direct sunlight. I can't give it a rating for drying power because it has an adhesive backing however I do suggest that you prep the area with an alcohol wipe and dry thoroughly prior to application, this is to remove any residue from wax or soap or dirt build-up which will allow better adhesion of the film to the surface of your tail light.

Pay close attention to getting air bubbles out quick or they will stay. Otherwise, looks great.

Installation was very easy,comes with an extra pair of tint/,a squeegee & a nice microfiber towel. Give the surface a good wipe down & you’re good to go! Slightly noticeable in the day time lol,but hey who’s actually looking that hard????
