It turned my freshly bleached hair a dark gray but after a few washes, it evened out and my hair is now platinum blonde.

I used this after bleaching my hair, started with dark blonde, bleached to a light blonde and then used this and i honestly couldn't tell that it did much if anything. Ended up getting hair dye.

I have naturally strawberry blonde hair that is bleached almost white. I wanted to tone down the yellow and go back towards my natural color. My roots come out very dark strawberry blonde when they emerge. I bought this not realizing it is a toner. I used it anyway and it did lighten and tone my darker red at the roots. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice color it gave me. It wasn't on my hair long maybe 10-15 minutes max and my roots were lighter and toned in a good soft white blonde color despite my natural red. There was no blue in it but it still gave me a nice color with very little yellow. I tested on my arm and did not see any red reaction so I went for it. It did not burn me at all. I just did the roots first and then rubbed the rest through my hair. I have to say it's one of the fastest colors I have ever used even for a toner. There was no bad smell like many other products I have used in the past. There is no conditioner or anything afterwards but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it toned my strawberry blonde roots.

I have tried the Iced Blonde and the Pearl Blonde toners. The Iced Blonde definitely toned down my yellow but left my hair kind of gray. The Pearl Blonde is the one I will buy from now on. Toned my yellow but left me blonde and not gray, added shine and softness as well. If you are on the fence as to which one to try or you did try the Iced Blonde and did not love it, definitely try Pearl Blonde!

I used this on my bleached platinum hair, which was yellow in the back. I followed the instructions, putting the toner on the back first and letting it sit before applying to the rest of my hair, hitting the ends first. I washed it out after the recommend amount of time. My hair is exactly the same color as it was before I used this toner. It had absolutely no effect whatsoever on the color. It did make my hair dry and rough. I'm glad other people have had a good experience, but for me it was just a waste o.f money and time

Not happy with my result. I had a natural black hair now it’s orange. Not worth it.

Does what I need it to do

I’m honestly so impressed with this hair dye! I was nervous about trying a new brand, but the colour turned out beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. It gave my hair a really nice blonde tone without looking brassy. My hair also felt soft afterward rather than dry and damaged like it can with some other dyes. I would definitely use this one again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice blonde colour at home.

Brass Banisher was the best product but it was discontinued. I tried this - Pearl Blonde Power Toner - to get rid of orangey yellow tones in my hair after (regrettably) doing an at home colour instead of the salon. It worked. The brassiness has been completely eliminated.

it didn't get rid of all the orange brassy tones but it did get rid of some and it was very easy to use overall
