The color is a layer over white vinyl. it can be peeled off, so consider carefully the sorts of kids who will be sitting at these dots. **Q: Can these be moved? Or are they permanent once they are placed with the adhesive?** A: I kept mine on the table for several months. Once I peeled them off, they were worn on the edges and had to be thrown away. **Q: These are listed as wall stickers as well.
