What kind of package does it have?

No package. As is, may have clear bag or wrap. I purchased some as gifts and used a gift bag.

Is the green tea/pear scent sweet or tangy? i am searching for a almost citrus/uplifting scent.

If you're looking for something with a citrus scent try Pacifica brand scents - they have perfume in solid, roll on (both are lower cost but strong scented so you can sample) but they also have body mists which are lighter in strength and lower cost. The lemon blossom is citrusy and floral and there is another as well that is light and citrusy, and many are uplifting! (I love the sugarered amber, lilac and rose scents in particular as they aren't overpowering at all).

Does this scent last?

I'm currently wearing this scent at work. I put it on at 7:30 before leaving my house, and it's now 2:40. I can still smell it just fine on my wrists and lingering on my clothes. I've still smelled it after getting home at 8:00pm before.

What's the difference between this and the perfume in the box that sells for $20-30?

Well, I did not know that she HAD a perfume. However, I did NOT like this at all...Could NOT detect any scent at all. Also, the cap had a piece of plastic wrapped around it which was pretty difficult to remove; I had to use a steak knife which was pretty scary. Therefore, I'm NOT able to recommend this product. Hope this helps.
