Extremely Dissatisfied for the wait

I was extremely disappointed with the product that I've received. I unboxed the product and put the batteries, the display was working wherein the product looks uncalibrated since it was unresponsive for the weighing done on the tray. I tried recalibrating the instrument based on the specified method in the operating manual, however it was unsuccessful. I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone.
