When the time came to buy bearings for my MPCNC project, I accidentally bought shielded bearings from another cheap supplier on Amazon instead of sealed ones. And boy am I glad I bought extra! Most of the bearings were scratchy and almost all had at least some lateral slop. I had to completely discard 15% of them. Absolute trash. You get what you pay for, right? Not so fast! Since I was switching to the new design, I decided to get sealed bearings this time. Since the other supplier has such terrible bearings, I thought I might as well try another. These bearings were about 25% more expensive, but that was still hilariously cheap. And the quality is like night and day. The bearings are packed with a thick, but not gluey grease that gives a great smooth feel as they turn. None I've tried have had more than a whiff of scratchiness, and NONE have had any obvious slop. Picking them at random, I haven't found A SINGLE bearing that I need to discard. They all feel MUCH sturdier, smoother, and all around better than the last set. Just an all around higher quality. If you need bearings that spin for hours, or are sub-micron precision... You shouldn't be looking at 25ยข bearings. If you want a whole bunch of *totally fine* bearings at a great price, these are a fantastic deal.

This is my first bearing purchase, and I'm not a skater so I don't know how good they are for actual skateboarding. They do come with a light lubricant of some type in them, and will turn easily, but not as freely as one would want for a fidget spinner without cleaning them and putting on an even lighter lubricant. I am a 3D printer user that likes to make things that some bearings would be nice in, instead of having plastic on plastic wear and friction. So far these are working great. They shipped very quickly, I haven't noticed any missing pieces or obvious deformities. The box they are shipped in is filled with little plastic tubes with 10 bearings in each so they are protected and not bouncing off of each other as a bonus. I am an older product of the US Imperial measurements system, so am pleased to inform other barbarians of my ilk that a 5/16" rod fits snugly in the inner ring and that they will fit well into a hole bored out with a 7/8" wood boring bit. So far I can happily recommend them.

Ok so it's a 100 pack and my son definitely went through them on his skateboard plus he did give away some to his friend. He said they where definitely better than just ok.

Manufacture gives you a parts breakdown with their drain cleaner. Then refuses to sell common wear parts and says go find one of their sellers for parts. The sellers of the "feed rollers" (bearings) wanted $40 to $55 for three of these bearings. They are the same bearing as these that I just bought 100 of for $20. All bearings came wrapped in plastic tubes, in packs of 10. Should give then a pretty long shelf life.
