Let me start by saying I am a HUGE collector of Jim Shore Disney Traditions pieces, and this Beauty & the Beast piece is fantastic! I ordered the Beauty & the Beast Carved by Heart piece to expand my collection and it is perfect. It arrived on time, with no breakage (often a challenge with mail order pieces), matching the description dimensions, nice clean paint with no chips, and ready to be put on immediate display. I shopped around for some time before purchasing this piece trying to get the best price and even with shipping, this vendor had it to me quickly and for an amazing discount above local retail. This is an absolute must have piece for any Disney, Jim Shore or Beauty & the Beast collector. It is wonderfully detailed and you can feel the love in the piece. Looking forward to getting more pieces for my personal collection soon!

It even has Chip!
This beautiful piece looks as if it was sculpted out of the "wood" base. I love how most of the main characters were included in this one piece (my kids were disappointed that Gaston wasn't included--lol--but that would have changed the emotion of the piece). The attention to detail is evident, even the rose is in its "glass" case. It doesn't have some of the symbols often found in Jim Shore's pieces (diamonds, hearts, etc.) but that isn't really a negative or positive to me--just different. It's a little less colorful than some of Shore's work, but the colors are perfect for the characters. This is quite a large, eye-catching figure!
