My granddaughter wears a size 5 shoe and these socks are a little big with lots of room to stretch and grow, so I am figuring unless the one to three year old has very big feet for their age these will fit fine. **Q: My daughter is 14 months and currently wears a size 4 shoe. Are these going to be huge on her?** A: My daughter is 13 months and a large size 3. They are big on her but we unroll the cuffs up her legs (they reach almost to her knees!) so they keep her legs nice and toasty and won't fall off, especially if we put shoes on over them.
