Nice lightweight razor. Blades shave very smoothly

I shave once every couple days. First blade I used for about month and a half, unbelievable.

Nice weight, comfortable shave, great price. (I’ve recently re-tried another popular brand…which I was loyal to for decades, just to see if they’d returned to quality, only to find that their 3-blade shaver still feels like a cheap child’s toy that just happens to have real blades. Thus…) I’m sticking with Schick Hydro.

When Dollar Shave Club change the 4X razor I have been using for years they destroyed a decent product. The new razor from them has a really decent handle design, mostly metal and quality there, but the new 4X razors hate my face. Razor burn, nicks, just an awful downgrade. Before the DSC I used the Schick Hydro for a couple years. Going back to the 3X sensitive was a great decision. Much easier on my face, makes shaving easy and irritation free. There are closer more aggressive shaves out there, for me, I prefer to just let a little shadow come in the next morning as a buffer for the next shave, I shave every day unless I'm going to let some scruff come in on the weekend. This blade is perfect for me, the hydro strip it fantastic, lather up once, one stroke everywhere takes most of it off, anywhere you have to touch up, you don't need to re later because the strip does such a good job at leaving a layer of protection for those spots. My only gripe... Plastic on the handle tabs that accept the blades. I was really tempted to try something more eco friendly, a lifetime handle, an old school double edge safety razor or maybe something from Leaf, but I bleed fairly heavily if I nick my face and don't want to make shaving a fifteen minute ritual every single day, I want to shower, lather up, get done in two or three minutes and this allows me to do that, just know I'll be replacing the handle every so often when the plastic tabs break. Schick fixes that, this is perfect for anyone who prefers comfort over the smoothest possible shave like me.

These razors did more pulling then cutting , maybe it's only cause it's the "ultra Sesitive " design . I'm unsure cause I'm usually satisfied with Schick products.

Quick smooth and does the trick for a great shave. Wait till it goes on sale for a more affordable deal.

First couple of weeks it cuts up the skin but then the razor gets used to my skin and dulls a bit, working longer and better than other razors. Shave both face and head.

Great razor. If you have a 5 blade that leaves you razorburned this will be much easier on your skin and pretty affordable refills.

Didn’t work for me. Irritated my skin.
