Very light, the zippers NEVER jam
You can carry two water bottles and quite a bit of stuff. There's 4 zippered pockets, one wallet size, one for my phone charging battery and cable, one that would hold socks and a bigger pocket that'll hold a shirt or long bike tights (maybe both).I wore the fabric on one of these out from constant daily use over many years and just bought a new one.

Talon 6 - Nice bum bag
I use this Osprey bum bag when biking. I have other Osprey back packs, so I am familiar with their quality. The two main compartments hold everything I carried in a string back pack plus two water bottles: spare tube, riding glasses, gloves and more. Either zippered side pocket can securely fit a 3 1/2 by 7 inch phone. The waist fit is adjustable and even when stuffed with gear and two full water bottles on board, the pack does not bounce during riding. Water bottles can be drawn for a drink and replaced easily while riding. Has the great stitching and construction quality known in Osprey products. Big upgrade from the string pack I was using. What I like less: Except for the key clip, there is no organization in the main compartments. If you carry a lot of little stuff, you will have to dig around in the main compartments to find it. Though it is an quality Osprey product, I think the price point is little high for this particular item. The fit and profile are good and the bag performs as promised. May even take the Talon 6 on my next vacation.UPDATE:This bag did well during my summer bike riding trips. Even after sweating, (my back sweats a lot during hard rides) the bag stayed high on my back and did not sag. I think the bag's venting system helped with that. Sometime you do get what you pay for; the Talon 6 proves that.

Great lumbar pack
I use this for day hiking, particularly in the warmer months, when I don't want a full day pack. This lumbar pack is comfortable and holds everything I need for a day of hiking. It holds even wider and taller water bottles for those hot hikes. The side pockets are great for small items that I want to reach without having to move or remove the pack to access the large compartment. I like that I can strap a rain jacket to the back, if needed, without taking up space in the large compartment. Another hiker in my group was so impressed with it that he bought one, and he likes it as well as I. Get one! You won't be sorry!

really nice for day hikes
This was great for me for day hikes. You can take a couple of water bottles, boo-boo kit, a few snacks, your phone, a power bank. Keeps the weight of that stuff at the middle of your body and keeps the weight off your shoulders. A couple of water bottles that aren’t too wide is the max water it will hold. If that suits your needs, it’s great.

GREAT HIKING PACK
Osprey makes some of the best travel and ergonomic packs on the market, and the 6L Talon does not disappoint. I used this pack for a few short hikes and for a charity walk through town, and carried 2 water bottles (not included) a few snacks, some sunscreen, a small bluetooth speaker, and a sweat towel. I was able to easily stay hydrated and comfortable with the mesh back and channeled airflow technology. A great pack that I would definitely recommend.

Water bottles were not included as advertised.
The site says two 570 ml BPA-free PackBottles included. They are not! Who is doing the misleading AMAZON or the manufacture? Is this why two water bottles showing frequently bought together?
