It no longer works after not even a year.
Dear Supplier,We ordered the iron on December 17, 2024, and received it around December 25, 2024. It worked very well. We were traveling for a few months, and I just wanted to iron now, but the iron does not heat up. A blue light is blinking, but otherwise, it does not function. Water leaked from tank and product stopped working after 4 months
Decent steam pressure, but poor build quality. Water leaked from tank after a 2 weeks, and after 4 months, product stopped working (powered on, but no heat or steam!). Amazon post-sales support was very good, and they told me where to send iron to post-sales support warranty repair company - sadly in another city.

The product does not work. I tried to look for support or a replacement option but wasnโt able to get any help. Overall, a disappointing experience.
