I bought these for fudge making and they work like a charm! Perfect size for individual fudge pieces. They never stick and they are easy to wash. i just sponge each section if I need some extra work on it, which usually is not the case. I haven't tried it in the dishwasher as it's just easy for me to hand wash.

I used these silicone mold to freeze my food that I will be freeze drying. They are perfect - the frozen contents just pops out super easy. I place the mold on a cookie sheet and fill the mold - leveling out the contents with a flat edge.

Not cutting caramels again for me. 1 x 1 x 0.5 inch is a perfect bite size. They cool quicker. I use a pastry scraper over the top to level to distribute and fill all the holes while scraping off all extra. This gives them a smooth top. Butt the molds up against one another so you can transfer extra from one mold to the next. My recipe uses almost 4 of these molds. Remember to put them on a cookie sheet before you pour! Love them! Once cool, just pop them out. So easy. Can't believe I didn't know about these before this year.
