In addition to Vitamin C, our product also contains a citrus complex of bioflavonoids, which may assist in the body's absorption of Vitamin C, and rose hips, which are a natural source of Vitamin C. We've added an easy to swallow, plant based coating to this essential daily vitamin that has many important functions in the body. While Vitamin C is essential to our overall good health, it is water soluble so any Vitamin C not used by the body is readily eliminated. That means that this important vitamin needs to be replenished daily. Vitamin C is vital because it is now known to play multiple supporting roles in keeping people feeling their best. For instance, Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, which may help to protect the body's cells from potential oxidative damage of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals. In addition, Vitamin C may help support immune system function. With the challenges of daily living, maintaining immune function through proper nutrition, exercise and the right amount of sleep is one of the best things you can do for your body. Furthermore, Vitamin C is considered one of the key building blocks in the body. For example, Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of collagen, as well as other substances in the body. Collagen, in turn, may support connective tissue health, and that includes the health of teeth, gums and bones. So, Vitamin C, directly and indirectly may support many areas of good health in the body. Review: Quick Delivery! - Perfect! Quick delivery! The product will keep me healthy for a long time.
