Review: Great Value and Solid Bike!!! - I ordered this bike because I used to ride once in awhile at the gym. Now I’m working out at home due to the pandemic. I run a lot, but have a bad knee, so I needed another source of cardio with less knee impact. The bike arrived quickly and well packaged! Off to a great start! Everything required for bike assembly and setup was included. No extra tools required. Bike comes with a manual and everything was pretty simple to assemble. There aren’t that many parts actually and it only took me about 30 minutes! There’s a nice multifunctional tool they include which works well to tighten the different types of bolts and screws that are included. With my only previous experience being gym riding, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a bike at this price point. I’m 6’2 175 lbs and the bike feels very solid when I ride. The construction is impressive! I feel very secure and nothing wobbles at all. It has a real nice quiet ride as well! In all honesty half the time I never felt like I could get in a comfortable position on the gym bike I rode but with this one I was able to find the a sweet spot with all the adjustments that are available. You can easily adjust the handlebars up and down and the seat. Seat tilts as well if you need it to and is quite comfortable to sit on! My feet felt good strapped into the pedals. The monitor is nothing special but it’s completely functional and has what I need. It tracks time, speed, distance, etc. I don’t think I’ll use the heart rate portion. I do love that it comes with the tablet holder I’m able to attach my new ipad and watch my favorite shows while I ride! Overall I’m really impressed with this bike! It’s a great value for the price point! I’m only a couple rides in but extremely happy with my purchase. I highly suggest this bike if looking for something in this price range. You really can’t go wrong.
Review: But how do you get support? - Bought the Lanos Exercise Bike, Stationary Bike for Indoor Cycling in October 2021 and have been using almost daily since then. To be honest, I think it's a really good bike and a good deal, contrary to the problems other reviewers have noted. However, after 3 years the drive belt wore out/broke. Took me quite a while to find something to replace it (an auto transmission belt), though the actual length of the belt is longer than standard sizes. I got one, though, and after some repairing got the belt installed and put back together. Bike, again, works fine but now the sensor/monitor has quit working. Batteries are fine, the plug in at the back is solid. I traced the sensor line through the frame to the small white "sensor"(?) located on the left side by the left crank. What that connect to or how it operates is a mystery . . . Does it sense the turning of the rear drive wheel of the crank shaft, or ? There are no instructions on how this works, or how to troubleshoot, either online or on desertcart. I could find no other way to try to communicate with Lanos other than through a review as it seems they did respond to someone on a problem they were having, though not publicly. So, Lanos, let me know how I can remedy the sensor issue as I really like the bike, intend to keep on using it, but would like the handiness of the sensor for mileage, if nothing else. Thanks.

**Q: I am 4'10".   Will this fit me?**
A: Yes, the seat and the handlebars are adjustable. My granddaughter is 4’ 10” and it fits her. The resistance wheel is adjustable as well. It may take a bit of time to adjust the seat to ur bottom, but i have used it w/no issues for 4 months regularly. I m a heavy old man.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall great value for a bike that seems like it'll last

Easy installation, took maybe 30-45 min. I've put 50 miles on it my 1st week of owning it. So far, so good. Seems very sturdy and likely to last a long time. Love the phone/tablet stand & the water bottle holder is nice. The seat isn't exactly the most comfortable after a while but is ok + idk what I'd be comparing it to anyways. This bike is pretty small and won't take up much space. It also has wheels on the front for easy transportation. There's no heart rate detector but a slot/plugin on the back of the tracker machine for "pulse". Batteries not included. The one thing I'm not sure on is how accurate the calorie counter is. I'm not sure if it takes into account the added resistance you use or if it's calculating solely on the speed you're going. Sometimes I'll paddle for an hour averaging 8mph switching between moderate to light resistance and it'll say my calories burned is in the 150-200s. Which sounds more like half or even a third of what it should be. To counteract this, I'll sometimes do my own calculations for estimated calories burned. It's not 100% accurate either but you can use Google to search indoors bike calories burned calculator. Find the ones where you can input the most info available. The rest of the tracking #s are great as a reference. Overall, I got it on sale at $200 w/ insane Amazon prime shipping so I'm pretty satisfied with it. Can't have everything perfect while working with a budget. :)
