First, it doesn’t fully dissolve and there is still some graininess after vigorously shaking. I tried it with cold and room temperature water and it didn’t help much. I got used to it but it might bother some. Second, the coffee flavor is quite light and I found myself using a lot less water than other powders I’ve used to get a stronger flavor. If I order again I would go with chocolate as I feel like that flavor is always stronger than others. The third is the container is soft plastic and I find it’s a bit awkward to close sometimes.
