Good vitamins
There vitamins are good, but they are quite expensive. I have CCCA alopecia. I use these vitamins along with minoxidil. My hair is thicker and has grown. I've been noticing that Nutrafol is advertising on TV. This should bring the price down but it hasn't happened yet.

Just do it!
Previously my hair would never grow past a certain point . This has been a game changer for growing my hair long. Also improved my nail strength as I always had brittle nails that break.

It Works!
My hair has been getting thinner leaving spots that looked bare near the front and crown of my head. It's pricey, but it actually works. I have new hairs growing in all the right places and my hair is feeling thicker all over my head, something I've never had. I've been using for about 2 and a half months now and I definitely see a difference. The only thing I don't like about it is the price.

Great hair vitamin
It takes a while but these are worth the results. I don't take all 4 capsules at once. I've found it works better for me to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Disappointed
Super disappointed because I received the parcel today on 24th January 2025 and the expiry for the medicine is Feb 2025. Am I expected to chug it all in 1 week? It’s not a cheap medicine. Not buying it again.
