The pen tip was broken when I received my order and I want it refunded

Very pretty! Very fragile.
This is gorgeous. Unfortunately, my pen fell out if the holder and broke already. I'll use the base maybe with a different pen. It was beautiful before I messed up and broke it. Would buy again.
