This is not a regular tanning lotion. Millennium Tanning Insanely Black 60x is a mega tingle product, and it does exactly what a true tingle lotion is supposed to do. If you’ve never used one before, understand this upfront: you will tingle, and your skin will turn red. That reaction isn’t a flaw—it’s the mechanism. From a technical standpoint, tingle lotions work by increasing peripheral blood flow (vasodilation) to the skin. That increased circulation brings more oxygen and nutrients to the surface, which can significantly accelerate tanning. The redness and heat sensation are expected and temporary, and in my experience, they translate directly into better color. Results-wise, this lotion gave me a very dark, even tan. No patchiness, no streaking—just strong results when used correctly. Because of how well it worked for me, I’ve put it on subscription and plan to keep using it. A few important practical notes: Wash your hands immediately after application. Be very mindful of where you touch before washing your hands. If you don’t, you may end up with tingling in places you definitely don’t want tingling… if you get my drift. This is not a beginner product. If you’re sensitive or new to tingles, proceed cautiously. The lotion spreads well, absorbs properly, and feels like a high-quality formula—not greasy or cheap. The tingle sensation is strong but manageable if you know what you’re getting into. Bottom line: if you want real tanning acceleration and understand how tingle lotions work, this one delivers exactly what it promises. Respect it, use it correctly, and it pays off. I’m very happy with the results and will continue using it.

One of the best lotions on the market! Will get you tan FAST! But be ready for the heat! This tingle is not for the faint of heart. And do not let anyone else touch you until you shower as it will irritate their skin. Wish the smell was nicer- but the tan it provides makes that downfall worth it! No orange or fake tint at all either as the lotion is white!

I’ve tanned for years, it’s my thing that I can’t go without so I’m always using a good lotion of course & always looking for the best. My favorite of all time tingle & bronzer is Ignite.. I would always try something else & regret it and go back to Ignite. So I finally was wanting to venture off and find another good lotion to use other than that one because I had bought it like 4 times in a row and wanted something different. Did my research on here and finally decided to get this one and I LOVE IT. It gets you DARK. The tingle isnt very strong surprisingly.. ignite is a lot more intense with the tingle and lasts all day. This is a mild tingle in my opinion & I put tingle on my face I always have because it gets me black and if I don’t I would have a dark neck and body then my face. Doesn’t irritate me at all as I am used to tingle lotions but I love that it’s not super hot and when I go home at night it doesn’t transfer onto my man like Ignite always did and he HATED it because he’s very sensitive to that stuff haha. Only thing is (and I am not picky at all when it comes to smells of tanning lotion) but i can’t stand the smell at all.. I guess it’s not as strong of a smell as I think it is because my man said he liked the smell but he wasn’t around me until a few hours after I had applied it. Since the lotion works so good I could care less about the smell since it gets me literally black. Anyways.. definitely get it. I think I’ve written maybe ONE review on here in the many years I’ve used Amazon Prime because I simply don’t have the time nor care to but I had to write a review because I want other experienced tanners that love finding a good lotion on here for a quarter of the price they sell it at the tanning salon. It’s legit AND it’s worth it! You won’t regret. Also, I had no problem with the lotion in between my fingers. As long as you rub it in good and sometimes I wipe my hands on the towel at the tanning bed before laying in it, I don’t get any streaks or marks in between my fingers yet it’s helped my hands and feet get good color which is great because my hands and feet sometimes have trouble getting as dark as my body so this lotion has definitely evened that all out. I was already fairly tan from being in St John USVI for 1.5 weeks. Bought this tingle to keep my dark tan. Just used on lower legs (calf/shin). Didn’t feel anything while tanning, but warm feeling after I was finished. Skin was definitely little red & helped to definitely darken existing tan 🙌🏼

**Update** This lotion can definitely be intense! I’ve used it twice & it makes your skin super red (especially after you get out of the tanning bed!) You will look sunburned! The burn/tingle lasts for about an hour or less. The redness last for about a day. It seemed to work; I do feel I saw results the following day! But I will say, this is a lotion I would only use when you’ve hit a plateau in your tanning. I would only recommend using to help boost your tan and then go right back to using regular bronzers! Also, I definitely do not recommend using this for outside tanning!!! I tried and it was not a good experience. It seems like the burn/tingle is way more intense when used outside! I also would only recommend this to people that have already developed their base tan! If you are just starting out or a beginner — this lotion is probably not a good idea! As far as the smell, it doesn’t smell good. It doesn’t smell nasty but it’s definitely not a fragrant smell either. Also packaging is good, looks just as pictured. Good size bottle. Brown lotion. Easy to rub in and you’ll feel it start to work almost instantly! Just be prepared to turn red! Not sunburnt just RED lol
