This works just as well as floraster for a fraction of the price, PLUS it doesnt have lactose which floraster does contain. The addition of prebiotic fiber adds even more to the value compared to main brand. With the ingredients being much better, I highly recommend this product over floraster, which is crazy expensive and Jarrow works just as well.
