What material is it made from and is the brown part rough or scratchy?

The material feels like a cotton, nylon blend but the brown fur is very soft. He is adorable. I gave 2 of them to a 3 and 5 year old and they loved them.

According to the tag on the bunny, it is made in Indonesia.
