This would make a really good gift for a beginner starting out. I’ve got my own kit, I would say I’m intermediate. But had no findings and needed some quickly to repair a bracelet I’d bought from a charity shop. I have chain, but no wire or crimping beads. So this is perfect and now I can turn a necklace I’d set aside, in to a few pairs of earrings too. Thank you

I have been using it to fix spares-repairs jewellery job lots. The tools are easy to use. There is a wide range of different types of items in the set, and a range of colours. The parts seem to be good quality. For example the rings did not snap while I was manipulating them. The only improvement could have been to have a wider range of jump ring sizes.

I can't speak for the durability has I haven't used the kit yet. I am delighted with kit there are many bits and pieces for repairing jewellery. I would say this is an excellent value for money and I'm sure I will be looking for extras to add as and when I need them.

This is a great starter kit and good value for money but not top of the range. For example the pliers do not totally close and cutter does not cut to the end so finished product can look a bit rough.

Anyone from the age of 8 to 80 wether a beginner or a dab hand at crafting will love this.
