Can you unseal them when you go toilet and re seal them again please

Yes you can if you are careful removing the tags. They are not hook and loop (velcro) type however. The landing stage is strong as does not tear, but the tags loose their strength the more you remove them. They are quite a thick diaper too.

What will it hold in liquid

They do hold around 5500mL - 5800mL which is alot.
