Are they machine washable?

Since they are made with both leather and suede, I would avoid machine washing..... I have been spot cleaning the outside with a warm water and soap on a soft cloth, and using a deodorant/baking powder foot spray on the inside as needed.

I don’t understand the size chart. My child measures 6 inches from heel to toe. Her shoe size is 12. So what size do I order?
