Can the large end ID be stretched to 1.5"?

Hi Keith, this item is made to accept up to 1" wire bundles or hose etc. And will fit into holes drilled to fit the outside diameter of the grommet you are using. Now as for enlarging the large end to accommodate a 1.5" bundle I couldn't tell you. I would imagine it could be stretched a bit but then the question would be if it will stay securely in the hole, you're inserting it into.
