Newpoint 400 Thread Count Jacquard Mattress PAD, California King, White

UPDATE March 2022.: 6 years on: Still like new...many washings, etc. Don't know what those people who complain about durability used to wash theirs. Used my Samsung Washer and it comes out great. Sorry to see it "no longer available." After reading some poor and good reviews of this product I ordered it in May 2016. From previous reviews, I was concerned about washing it but eventually did. It came out fine on Wash n Wear washer cycle and medium heat in the dryer. Looked like new. I've washed it 3 times, maybe 4 and am pleased to say it is still looking good. Especially considering my 170 body has flopped around on it for 8 or so hours every night for 3 years. Beats other pads I've had. It did not shrink and still clings tightly to my mattress and foam over-pad.

I was so happy to find a mattress pad to fit my really deep Cal King mattress. I put it on the bed today and there is a major flaw on one side which resulted from too much of the side fabric gathered into the top. (See photos.) As a result, I'm not able to extend the side fabric to fully cover the side of the mattress and tuck beneath. It will always ride up! This is only marginally better than the pad I'm replacing. It's nice fabric and otherwise well made. But I just can't give it 5 stars.Update: If you don't have Amazon Prime, get it. I contacted Amazon to exchange the defective pad, and the replacement was on my porch almost before I'd mailed the return. Now the pad is all I'd hoped for and I can gladly recommend it. From reading the other reviews, it seems I had a rare bad experience the first time around. Five stars.

I bought 2: 1 Full, 1 Queen. Over-all, seems like a good, basic mattress cover. Not as much fiber-fill as I hoped for from the description.The skirt is ample for tucking in deep mattresses, top fits well, fabrics seem fine, the backing seems very flimsy though. (just like the one I was trying to replace...I had one previously from Walmart, it had a very much deeper fiber-fill baffle & was very chushion-ie, so this one is 'just OK'--just an average mattress cover, not much padding)I haven't washed it yet, but hoping the backing fabric does not disintegrate, as did the one I had previously from Walmart. I'll let you know how it washes.

This replaced an extra thick mattress pad that was just not comfortable. Washed, then dried on extra low heat, no problems with the material. The sides of this pad are generous and strong enough to completely and easily encase the mattress. The thickness is just right, and very comfortable to sleep on. Definitely recommend.

Really nice. It's a generous thickness, and deep enough to cover pillow top mattress AND 3 inch memory foam pad.

This Newpoint 400 Thread Count Jacquard Mattress cover is a surprisingly high quality product. The full-size also fits very nicely. Highly recommended.

I would like to find out how I can get a refund for this product. I saw many positive reviews so maybe mine was defective. A few weeks after I received the package I was ready to use it. I went to wash it before using. Upon taking out of the dryer (on low setting) the under side of the mattress pad has fallen apart in may places.

Love that it is cotton. We had a polyester one that made me sweat at night. Would purchase again.
