Boil tbsp in water and reuse it 4 times, take before your period a few days and it will shorten it mine went from 7 to 4 days awsome! Did not work for psoriasis though!

DO NOT ingest this. It’s a hair conditioner. I followed a Meetha paan recipe and bought this product to put into the Indian digestive. The recipe said don’t put too much in if you don’t like the taste... well it’s not supposed to be edible, so of course it tastes toxic and terrible. Don’t ever put it in an Indian recipe. I’m not gonna return it though, because I’m gonna try it as a hair conditioner LOL as advertised. I will change this review once I’ve tried it as a Conditioner ha ha.
