The best electrical toothbrush from Philips; moreover, used it as recommended on the instructions manual. However, if you used it in whitening mode, the battery will die within 7-8 days rather than 14 days

For someone who wears retainers, this has been a great investment as it brushes through every corner and cleans through the retainers as well.

Before using this product I would use toothbrushes that you could find at the convenience store or dollar store. After using this product I have no plans of returning to my original toothbrushes. The Phillips Sonicare is a great product. There are three settings on the toothbrush. They are clean, white, and gum care. These settings are self explanatory as their name and their function is the same. Each of these functions works well. You can really feel the effectiveness of each of these settings with its first use. The Sonicare toothbrush has a timer function. It is useful if you want to brush a certain segment of your mouth for a specific interval. Personally for me I brush each section of mouth simeotaneously. I have not traveled with the toothbrush yet. The carrying case makes it very convenient to pack it up and take it with you. I have not tested the battery life because it is more convient to place my toothbrush on the charging base instead of leaving it off of the base. One drawback is that you will have to replace the brush head every three months or so. One benefit to this is that you can replace the brush head with a specialized head that helps a specific aspect of your mouth such as your gums, teeth etc. Some of the packs are quite pricey but I believe that it is worth the investment but, be sure you are buying the official Phillips brand from a reputable seller. I have read reports of counterfeiting online, where people pay for a premium brand and ended up getting the bargain brand.

While I am a minimalist, I don't hesitate to purchase items that improve my quality of life. This is indeed one of the big upgrades from my average toothbrush. Since I started using this, My gum never bleed again during brush, the tartar built up actually got destroyed by the vibrations, and my oral hygiene is just so much cleaner. Lastly, I heard the Oral-B brush is slightly better in terms of functionality, but Sonicare brush just look so much better in terms of aesthetic. 100% would recommend (And I did during my work's standup meeting)

replacements for gum were not found but we found them in a store price is cheaper elsewhere two for the price of one
