Product Description Slime tube sealant This product is designed to mend punctures as they happen. Simply attach the bottle of tube sealant to the valve of your bicycle wheel (or other inner-tube wheel) and squeeze the liquid into the tyre. It is a great product for bicycles, dirt bikes, wheelbarrows, ride-on mowers, scooters, trailers, sack trucks and other narrow tube tyres. Centrifugal force pushes the liquid sealant to the tread area creating a layer of protection, repairing punctures as they occur or treating existing punctures. It remains effective for up to two years and continues to seal punctures as they happen. Slime sube Sealant works using fibro-seal technology. A state-of-the-art blend of fibres, binders, polymers and proprietary congealing agents intertwine and clot within the puncture. This fibro-Seal lattice, together with the viscous transportation system (the green goo) seeks out and tightly packs itself into the puncture, preventing and repairing flats with a flexible and long lasting plug.FEATURES: Seals punctures up to 3 mm, non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-flammable, cleans up with water. One 8oz/237 ml bottle is enough for two bicycle inner tubes. Two bottles are required for scooters and dirt bikes. This product should be used in a tubeless tyre. Slime sealants are designed to treat tread area punctures only and should not be used to repair sidewall punctures, snake bites, rim spoke punctures, faulty valves or gashes from metal or glass. **Q: Will this product seal a slow leak between tire bead and rim?**
A: I think that was where I had a leak and it worked for me.  However, my leak was so slow (and I didn't remove the wheel) so, I am only fairly sure and I am not positive.

**Q: Quantity per tire or tire size**
A: Typically 4 oz. per tire for a bicycle or jogging stroller and 8 oz. for a dirt bike or wheelbarrow. The quantity per tire is listed on the back of the bottle. Or you can use the Slime calculator (https://www.slime.com/us/slime-calculator.php) and select a standard tire size or enter your custom tire specs.

**Q: How many tires can an 8oz bottle be good for?**
A: Two

**Q: Does the item come with an extention tube simular to Fix-A-Flat?**
A: Yes. There is a clear tube that comes with the bottle. It is packaged between the label and the bottle, but it is difficult to see in the Amazon picture. Simply pull out the tube and attach to the top of the open bottle.
