Great! Better than expected.
I got these bc my glass bakeware lids ripped. Grrr. Replacing just the lids cost more than a new set. These are various sizes and work better than expected. They really fit for the leftovers in the fridge.I also use a small one on my drink glass (we live on a farm so ... creatures). They are also snug and airtight so you can actually pick up the lid and the (empty) bowl with it.Can be thrown in the dishwasher, but I usually just wash it off.

A tip to prevent the silicone lid from sagging into bowl while micro-waving food, plus other tips.
This review is for " Guvvie Silicone lids - 5 Pack" :The Silicone lids are a good quality silicone. The three smaller lids appear a little thinner and are more floppy than I would desire. I have a smaller set that I purchased several years ago and this newer set is probably 50% THINNER but was also less expensive than my older set. The two larger lids seem a bit thicker ( my guestimate is 2 millimeters thick) and for their size have better stiffness. to cover a larger diameter bowl or dish. However, they will not sit flat on the rim and will bow and sink into the bowl with the same diameter. Photo depiction in the ad shows the silicone lids standing on end in the dishwasher and another photo with other containers stacked on a bowl covered with these lids. Yet, another photo shows the edge of a silicone lid supported and lying flat on the same diameter frying pan My opinion is "NO WAY " do these photos represent the item that I received. The silicone bowl covers I received are FLOPPY and TOO THIN to do this. Your product or opinion may differ. Overall, I am satisfied and use these mainly as splatter guards in the microwave and I will not return them. I also want to mention that the price goes up and down. I purchased my set of 5 silicone lids in July 2024. Although the price is near 10 dollars most of the time, I purchased these when the price dipped to $6.75. This was not a special price for the review, nor a lightning deal. It was a price drop that lasted less than a day.In our family, we mainly use these lids as a splatter guard while cooking foods in the microwave. At present silicone seems it may be a safer alternative to use as a splatter cover in the microwave. However, it is softer and less rigid than plastics. To prevent the silicone lids sagging toward food in a bowl, place a bamboo chopstick or skewer across the diameter of a round bowl or center line of rectangular dish. Place the silicone lid over the top on the bamboo stick. The lid is supported and will easily vent the steam as it cooks in the microwave. Bamboo is considered food safe. They are easily washed and rinsed and can be reused.I can purchase 12 pairs of chopsticks (24 sticks total) with a good length of 10.43 inches and a flat profile (will not roll when placed on your bowl rim), at local big box supercenter that sells grocery and everything for $2.44. I can purchase 100 bamboo skewers (1/8" diameter and near 12 " length, with a round cross section) for $.99 at the local supercenter. I could not find a similar reasonable price on Amazon. To be able to stack lidless dishes, casseroles and pies in the refrigerator a I also use the chopsticks in another way that increases room in the refrigerator. When I make pies, I often make two. I use 2 chopsticks across the top edge of my Pyrex 9.5" diameter pie dishes, then cover with plastic wrap to fix the sticks in position. The sticks keep the plastic wrap off the pies center. Also, I can then stack another pie on top of the covered pie. I also have some small and thin poly or HDPE cutting boards (boards about 8" x 10" are a great size} and use these similarly, but they are thicker than the chopsticks.I want to mention that these lids are not good for microwaving food on a plate. What you need is a raised cover that sits above the food. You should consider Nordic Ware 10" Microwave Splatter Cover, Clear, 65005W15. These are available locally in the nearby big supercenter for $1.82.The use of these silicone lids as a cover for a frying pan is, in my opinion, definitely not advisable. These silicone lids are too floppy. Frying pan or skillets are shallow and the lid is closer to the heat source. Frying usually involves higher temperatures, therefore the lids may melt. Years ago, I purchased a stainless steel "universal lid" and I use it more than the lids that came with the pans. That type of lid will fit multiple diameters of pots and pans. The one i purchased has small multiple vent holes for steam venting but does a great job at preventing spatters. I like that it is lighter in weight, it is almost flat so it stores in a small space. Stainless steel is an easy cleanup. It is about 20 years old and still looks new.An interesting product I recently noted at my local superstore (but have not purchased or tried) is an "Oven Safe Universal Silicone Lid for Pots for 12.8". It is silicone flat surface with a wire rim at the periphery. It takes care of a floppy problem with the silicone lid. It is rated very well and less than $10.00If you need a lid for only a specific pan, measure the diameter and try a local garage / yard / tag sale. If you do not see any lids, ask the proprietor /seller. I bet they have items they need to get rid of and did not consider placing them out.I rarely use a lid while frying, but i do keep one on the counter when frying that will cover my pan. Rarely oil, when it is heated higher than the smoking point, can ignite and the best way to deal with a frying pan fire is to turn off the stoves burner and slip a lid onto the burning pan to smother the fire.A large 12" frying pan is common. If you need to purchase a lid, it will cost another $20. If you want a cheaper alternative, consider buying a 12" round nonstick crisper pizza pan for $2.68 at that same superstore. Punch or drill a hole in the middle of the pizza pan. Add a pot lid knob from a lid that you had or from a yard sale. The 12"pizza pan has an actual diameter of 13" and sits well on a 12 inch pan. It has a nonstick coating, so it cleans easily. The info on the pan says it is oven safe to 450 degrees F.If you find this review helpful, give it a thumbs up with the "helpful" button.

Good item
I wasn't sure about these since I microwave a lot of soup, but it did work. You do need to watch for steam when removing it, because it definitely keeps everything inside the cup/bowl.

Not the best quality
This is a second set, but by a different manufacturer...big mistake on my part. These aren't as heavy and a few of the smaller ones didn't have the hanger holes fully punched out, so when I removed the fill, the whole thing ripped open...tossed it because I hang them up and it is worthless to me now. I wouldn't buy these again, that's for sure.
