Where can refill pads be purchased since they are unavailable at Amazon?

I've always gotten them on Amazon but I see they're no longer available & hope this is temporary. My eye doc's office also sells them.

How long will the sealed warming pads retain the ability to heat up when opened? Do they have expiration dates or can they be stored indefinitely?

In my personal experience, these pads heat up after a few minutes and stay hot for a while (past 10 minutes). My box has April 2021 as the expiration.

I order what I thought this item came with a mask. I cannot find the mask online that goes with these pads
