Both are the same size and material, just different colors.

A: I wear a size 7 hat and i think it fit pretty secure. Its elastic so should stretch but i dont think as much as a small helmet

A: Yes, this wig should be fine for an 11 year old kid.

**Q: I got the wig and it is curly and not standig like in the picture, why?**
A: My wig came with a hairnet. If yours came with a hairnet, remove it, and it will look like the picture.
