Slate River EZ-Aim Post Mount, Trail Camera Mount

I really wish the description stated that in order to use the post mount, you must be able to slip it over a post. The ring that wraps around the post is solid and does not open up (I assumed it clamped on--it doesn't). It has to be placed at the top and dropped down into position, then tightened. I purchased this thinking I could secure it on a chain-link fence post to record ball games. Nope. Can't do it because I can't take apart the fence to slip the mount over it. So unless you are going to mount it somewhere permanently and place this on the post or pole BEFORE you cement the post into the ground, I would look at other options.

Allows you to put a camera anywhere you can put a T-post. Mine stays outside for about 9 months a year. When I bring them in ,I just lube the threads and there good to go.

The product did exactly what I needed it to do.

Huge POS. Head is wobbly and mount did not stay mounted to t post. Thought the steel components would be better. Wrong.
