Is the shampoo sulphate free?

No, the Shampoo contains sulphates.

How do you open this? I bought it but can’t get the extra bit of plastic off to let the pump work

Hi, I found the same - but from memory as I am nearly at the end of mine. Twist the pump bit anti-clockwise - I think this works. I just played around with it for a bit and managed to get it to work.
