First-Time DIY Plumber, Zero Leaks
I purchased this along with PVC primer for a bathroom renovation project at my cottage. I had never done PVC plumbing before, so I spent some time researching the proper process and decided to use separate primer and cement rather than an all-in-one product. The cement was easy to apply, spread evenly, and gave me enough working time to get fittings aligned correctly. Once assembled, the joints set quickly and felt solid. After turning the water back on, I had zero leaks on any of the connections. A tip for other DIYers: dry-fit everything first and make sure your cuts are square and clean. Also, be careful with the primer, as it can stain surfaces permanently. I completed all of my plumbing work before installing new flooring for that reason. Overall, this product gave me professional-quality results on my first plumbing project, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again
