How big is the pan, how thick is the brownie?

I make it in an 8x8 square pan. They are maybe 3/4 of an inch. If you use an extra egg they get a little thicker. It was on one of the packages, then another package didn’t say it. I think it’s a new idea. I like the extra egg.

1 tsp water...really? Or are the instructions incorrect?

It's legit 1 tsp of water. It doesn't take much. I've made it multiple times and add a chocolate topping which turns out devine. Put in fridge for topping to firm up(Lily's chocolate chips with melted coconut oil). Yummy!

Is this Ketogenic friendly?

Maybe keto "friendly", as in low net carbs, but def not Keto compliant. Not even close. Word games played so that you think you have permission. Don't drink the kool aid.

How much oil does it take?

The recipe calls for 1/2 cup coconut oil.
