ProHealth-NMN Pro Lozenges, Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, 250 Mg | 30 Lozenges Per Bottle

I love these lozenges! They melt easily and have a refreshing taste and flavor. I feel that they are just as effective as the 150 mg or 250 mg capsules/tablets. When I first began using ProHealth NMN (250 mg extended release) tablets, I definitely noticed a difference in my daytime energy levels and better sleep within about 10 days. After one month, I tried the 150 mg extended release capsules and at 2 capsules a day, I have see a continued slight improvement in both energy and sleep. I prefer the capsules to the tablets because of better daily dosage control and for me the capsules are easier to swallow. My current plan is to use both the lozenges (which is not extended/delayed release) and the 150 extended release capsule. I'm also very happy with ProHealth (the seller). When I had a question about their NMN, I got through to a representative on the first try and got very courteous and efficient service.

I've only used the product for less than two weeks, but from what I can tell, both the product and the company (ProHealth) are excellent. I've seen an increase in energy and physical stamina, as well as a reduction in joint pain. I would love it if there are more anti-aging benefits--time will tell about that. I remember that David Sinclair said in his book that it may take months to see full benefits. The product is expensive, but the quality controls are good, which is particularly important to me. I was concerned about the NMN being made in a lab in China, but after speaking with ProHealth and learning about the quality and purity testing done in a US lab, I felt reassured. Also, ProHealth states that the lab in China is the same one used by David Sinclair. I plan to keep taking.

Like Nicotinamide Riboside, this seems to work best if taken at night. To that end, I’m not sure it matters whether it is under the tongue, as here, or some other brand swallowed “down the hatch” style before sleep. But it tastes good, like a faintly-citrus mint, and (placebo effect aside) I have noticed a difference, specifically in mobility but also general well-being when taking this. I’m reordering this.
